Guarantees

Appointment cancellation must be received by email , WhatsApp or by telephone at least 24 hours in advance of appointment date.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in case-by -case basis at the technicians discretion. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process . The following parts cannot be refunded: control boards and / or special ordered parts.

Call out fee

We charge a non refundable call-out fee of R350 in the following situations:
– When customer does not accept the quote, for whatever reason
-When appliance is not repairable
-Where there is no fault with your appliance

Warranty

Escochem offers a 90day warranty on the labour and parts. Warranty applies to the same problem that was repaired. There is no warranty against additional or more extensive repairs, against other problems which may occur on the same unit (even if involving what appears to be identical symptoms, or against incidental damages. The warranty will be effective on the part installation date for a period of 90 days on both parts and labour. Improper use of the appliance automatically voids the warranty. We are not liable for any item or person that is hurt by a malfunction. Escochem appliances reserves the right to limit or refuse to provide warranty at its sole discretion
